Hungry Harry's Carepack Project

In April 2021, we collaborated with Hungry Harry's to donate 350 pounds of Hungry Harry's allergen-free baking mixes to 4 food banks (CFBNJ Hillside, Franklin, Rahway Food For Friends, Hands of Hope).

As a follow-up to our previous update, we are proud to share a few pictures of the delivery of our contributions to the Refugee Assistance Partnership of New Jersey. We hope to continue to support families affected by COVID-19!

Spring 2020 Food drive to assist Refugees (COVID-19 response)

When: Spring 2020

Nourish America, in a collaboration with the Refugee Assistance Partners of New Jersey, provided 120 refugee families with fresh produce and groceries from March to June 2020. Read more about our COVID-19 response here.

Winter 2019 allergy-FRiendly FOOD DRIVE

Where: ShopRite of South Plainfield
When: November 20, 2019 to January 24, 2019

All donations will benefit the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in Hillside, NJ
All non-perishable food donations are welcome. See the flyer below for a list of suggested allergen-free donations.

Because of this food drive, we were able to donate 137 lb of allergy-friendly foods to the Community Food Bank on 1/25/20

September 2019 FOOD DRIVE

When: September 6-13, 2019

It's back to school season, but many students still face food insecurity. Because we believe that no student should go hungry, Nourish America used a portion of its Notes For Nourish proceeds and donations from the community to donate 40 lb of allergy-friendly foods to the students of Middlesex County College via the MCC Cares Food Pantry!

June 2019 FOOD DRIVE

Where: Nourish America's Notes For Nourish Benefit Concert
When: June 21, 2019

Thanks to generous donations from concert attendees, volunteers, and participants, Nourish America was able to donate 26 lb of nonperishable food to the Hands of Hope Food Pantry and earn over $300 to continue supporting our partner food banks in the future!

Any other gluten-free and non-perishable foods are welcome!
